Refund policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Exchange is allowed ONLY on clothing items in case of size-related issues.

Conditions for exchange:
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
• Exchange is subject to stock availability
• Shipping charges, if any, are borne by the customer

No exchange is available for non-clothing items or for reasons other than size issues.
